Operating principle

Preparation place:
A special DustStop filter installed under the grids binds even the finest grinding dust. This efficiently extracts grinding dust and also solvents. The supply air – filter ceiling extends over a large part of the ceiling. By using a flow – distribution plate, this can be built very narrow. This ensures that the worker is supplied with fresh air when cleaning the parts. For optimal lighting provides a LED strip light concept.

Paint:
The exhaust air is sucked out of the booth through three floor ducts. The paint mist filters are located under the grids and a safety filter is located in front of the heat exchanger. Those grates without paint mist filter are covered with bottom sheet metal cups for good cleaning.
The paint booth is divided into two zones. When operating a zone, the frequency converter is used to reduce the speed of the fan and thus the air volume and energy consumption. If required, the unused zone can be flowed through with a low air volume by means of continuous damper drives. The filter ceiling extends over the entire ceiling area.

Drying:
The dryer is cross-flowed after horizontal ventilation. On one side, over the entire length, there is the filter cover for the air intake. On the other side, the solvents are extracted near the bottom through a suction channel with filters. This is done continuously to prevent solvent concentration. Only the necessary fresh air is drawn in via a heat exchanger; when the dryer is used at excess temperature, the permitted proportion is blown back into the dryer in recirculation mode. For this flexibility, the dryer drives are equipped with frequency converters. The entrances and exits are closed with three double-leaf and one single-leaf sliding door.
