Components
- Suction piping
- Filter
- Rotary valves
- Fans
- Screening plant
- Trough chain conveyor
Operating principle
The recycling plant exhaust line was rerouted from the old round filters to the new bag house filter and the old round filters were removed. The individual extraction points of the new crushing plant were piped and connected to the filter. A new fan was installed for each of the two extraction systems. The filter itself is divided into two sections, each discharged via a screw and subsequent rotary valve. Both strands are combined and fed onto a vibrating screen to separate coarse and fine fractions that can be recycled.
