At the Bleiberg site, minerals are mined for the dry construction materials plants and the asphalt industry. This filtration system is used to reduce dust pollution both during conveying and processing of the hard rock.
Operating principle
dust removal various extraction points by means of hoods on conveyors, loading stations, cone crushers, screens and vibrators. Due to the highly abrasive nature of the raw materials, the manifolds were designed with appropriate wear protection. The filtration system was designed as a silo top system, with the clean gas being discharged into the atmosphere by means of a hood and a splitter attenuator.
