Aluminum Grinding Dust Extraction System

Turnkey project with wet scrubber, centrifugal fan, piping, control cabinet, wiring.

The emissions generated during machining at the grinding booths and manual grinding tables are collected directly by means of an oil-tight line and conveyed to the wet scrubber. The emissions are separated in a wet scrubber. The sludge is disposed of by means of a sludge scraper.
